my irish colleague, with whome I spent some amazing days in the formerly closed russian city of tomsk, quitted his job at big O only last year. only few weeks after he left us he told me that he had a new job at an umbrella organisation of diamond dealers in London. They were concerned about their image and hired him to assist in a campaign that would whitewash their reputation. this was the first time sauseschritt got aware of blood diamonds and went to see the movie, typical hollywood stuff, almost unbearable! today sauseschritt found that article (GERM) on the kimberley process (ENG):
