world telecommunication day celebrates the founding of the international telecommunication union in 1865. as one of the activities in support of the theme of ICTs: leading the way to sustainable development we are conducting a survey to obtain views on the perceived importance of the targets for improving connectivity and access in the use of ICTs as determined by the World Summit on the Information Society.
